Krash Offroad products are sold without any warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. The entire risk to person(s) and property associated with our products is with you, the purchaser and/or user. Krash Offroad is not responsible for damage to property or person(s) from installation or use of our products, including but not limited to injury and/or death. Ride at your own risk!
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns for exchanges or refunds only at our discretion, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be in new, unaltered, and unused condition, without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
- Special order and custom items are not eligible for return
- Customer is responsible for all shipping charges; all shipping charges are non-refundable
- Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once received
- A restocking fee of 20% may be applied to any return or cancelled order
- Non-stocked and custom order items (such as seats) are NON-REFUNDABLE
- No cancellations on custom orders (specifically cages) for any reason
